This topiary includes a metal pale with a gemstone flag attached. Red, white and blue streamers cover the floral foam inside for that "finished" look.
This topiary stands approximately 15" tall from the bottom of the metal pale. The metal pale and topiary are approximately 7" wide. The dowel rod is painted dark blue and both the floral foam and the dowel rod are hot glued to the bottom of the pale.
This topiary will ship in two pieces. The ribbon topiary will be wrapped in bubble wrap by itself, and the pale with the dowel rod will be wrapped together in bubble wrap. The ribbons might possibly flatten out during shipping so some "fluffing" might be needed.
