This turquoise and deep blue stoneware flower pot has a nice curve to the sides and a built in tray for drainage. Measuring about 3.5" high and 4" at its width. It fits easily on a window sill. The throwing lines reveal the color of the clay along the throwing lines. I dipped it in a mat cerulean glaze and a glossy dark blue giving the striped effect. The bottom is unglazed and embossed with my potter's stamp.
The hen and chicks is not included but illustrates one of the pots many uses: rooting cuttings, starting seeds, growing houseplants, herbs, cacti, herbs or succulents.
