Necktie measures 8 - 8 1/2" long. Neck band has velcro closure and measures approx. 14". There is 2 1/2" of adjustment with the velcro so it will fit any little neck!
Diaper covers will fit most 9 month - 2T children with a waist measuring 16" - 20" & a 7" rise.
These items are hand made by myself in my smoke free & pet free home.
