We use high quality materials in all our designs. These are made with glimmering pearls, crystals and tiny glass beads. making them very special accessories for that very special occasion! A soft white stretch ruffle elastic band wrap around baby's arch and ankle for a comfortable fit. We can make them with a non ruffle band as shown which come in an abundance of colors. When purchased let us know which style of bands in comment section prior to checkout. The ruffle elastic only come in white and pink.
