Returns: I accept returns on any undamaged items. I will refund the cost of the print. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was damaged in the mail, flawed, or incorrect. For PDF's, I will offer a full refund on the trust that you will simply discard the file on your end.
Holidays: Please note that during the holidays (i.e. November and December) the mail system slows down considerably (often taking about twice as long as usually when shipped USPS or Priority). I make every effort to ship orders out in a timely fashion, but I have no control over how long items take to arrive. For international orders to countries as far as Australia, items can take well over a month to arrive during the Christmas season.
Gifts: If your order is going directly to a gift recipient, just let me know and I will exclude your receipt. I will also include special messages, tags ribbon, or giftwrap (when possible) free of charge.
