The engagement ring is set with a GIA certified diamond, G color, VS-1 clarity, weighing one half carat. It is Ideal Cut. A formal certificate from GIA comes with the rings. I hand-make these rings in your choice of 14k white, yellow, or rose gold. The petals gracefully reach up to set the diamond, and because these become the prongs, they are incredibly secure. They are lightly sandblasted within the recessed surfaces, with a highlight polish to the upper ridges and outlines. The prong tips are polished, as are the shanks. The engagement ring measures about 6.5mm wide at the top, and is 2.5mm wide at the bottom. Together the rings measure about 8mm at the top, and 4mm at the bottom. Shank thickness is a sturdy, but not bulky, 2mm.
I am able to make this design utilizing diamond sizes from .25ct (one quarter) to 1.00ct (full carat), and in palladium or platinum too. If interested, please inquire.
