Sterling silver is an alloy composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. The copper component in sterling is what causes it to tarnish, which can also result in skin discolouration. A lot of commercial sterling silver has been rhodium plated to prevent this. Fifth Heaven's sterling silver is not rhodium plated, but if you are sensitive to metal we will happily lacquer the ring for you - this won't affect the ring size or price. Just leave us a note at checkout if you'd like your ring lacquered.
We will make this ring in your size. If you know your size in a non-US measurement, or you're not sure what size you need, you can select 'OTHER - will advise' from the bottom of the list and either leave us your ring size in the notes to seller, or you can send it on to us via email/convo once you've confirmed the size you need. If the drop-down list is not working please leave us your size in the notes to seller box. Please allow up to five business days for us to make your ring.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS REGARDING SHIPPING:
We estimate shipping time to be usually around 7-14 business days (1.5 to 3 weeks) to the US, Canada, Europe and the UK. Occasionally mail can take longer depending on delays at customs, adverse weather conditions, errors within the postal service or other reasons. All Fifth Heaven orders to destinations outside Australia are sent via standard airmail with insurance unless otherwise agreed.
Depending on the laws of your country (most only impose duties on goods over a certain value) you may be charged an import duty. All import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are unable to advise you whether import duties will be charged as this would vary on a case by case basis at the discretion of your country's customs officials. UK customers especially please take care as HMRC tends to crack down on anything over £15 and the Royal Mail charges an additional £8 on top of the VAT they collect.
