I'm a big fan of re-using glass, and drinking beverages out of clear containers, so I always had a problem of burning my hand when I would fill up one of my re-purposed GT's bottles with hot water for tea or coffee. I've made this piece fit tightly around the bottle, so that it won't slip through when you're holding it. You may need to fill your bottle with hot liquid to take the sleeve on or off. It is that tight.
You can still feel the heat of the beverage through the leather, but it is more of a warm radiance, as opposed to a scalding untouchable.
This sleeve is absolutely plain and contains no branding or imagery that would interfere with the way you like to enjoy your beverage. It is just a smooth, single piece of leather that feels good in the hand.
Dimensions: A little over four inches tall, bottle diameter.
Material: 100% Leather affixed with hand peened (sounds like a Beavis and Butthead joke, but just the technical term for hitting it with a hammer) copper rivets.
