After giving it a good cleaning and sanding, and applying a few coats of water based clear satin finish poly sealant to preserve and enhance its natural color and graining, it now has a new look and a new purpose. On behalf of myself, and this once old and homeless "orphan", thank you, Howie.
Unlike the cedar shelf, the pipe fittings are all new. Each has been hand sanded and painted in a rich satin black finish. The combination of the pipe and wood is strikingly beautiful, and will complement any decor from rustic to urban chic.
This is truly one of a kind. And, just so it remembers me, it is signed and dated.
I am proud to say that this is my original design. I am also flattered to find that my designs are now being copied by others.
Dimensions are as follows:
Total projection from wall: 10"
Hardware for mounting on wood or drywall is included. Please let me know if you intend to mount it on a cement or brick wall, and I will include the appropriate fasteners.
I am always glad to discuss custom sizes and configurations.
Thanks for stopping by.
