I meditated on the name of each card and started on The Empress (this being one of my favourite cards); she was impressive in pencil, then when I painted her she came alive and eventually this whole tarot world emerged, thanks to divine guidance.
The aim was to simplify tarot. Not only for those who want to learn how to Read but also to inspire experienced Readers to use their intuition and innate abilities. Although there are indicators of the meaning in each image, I just wanted each picture to tell its own story, and to be a little work of art in itself.
The meanings were developed by my daughter Jenny, a tarot Reader and Reiki practitioner herself. They promote positive actions that can influence future behaviours and help people use a sensible approach to situations. Both Jenny and I wanted this deck to be beautiful and inspiring as well as honest and good.
Your deck will come in a stunning brocade bag! We wanted to benefit our customers (and the environment) by not using lots of packaging and opted to use bags as that is how most people take care of their decks (this is why you won't find this deck in stores - each deck is wrapped personally by me). There is a choice of six bag colours available, you can see them in the picture but PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH IS YOUR PREFERRED BAG COLOUR BY MESSAGE - black, green, blue, gold, pink or red.
Jenny also gives Reiki energy to each of the decks so you will feel the positive vibes.
The cards are of excellent stock and printed by the famous Cartamundi.
