This material feels like PAPER, but it is quite strong. Kind of like reuseable bags people take grocery shopping. I'm guessing that it was a quick-sell type jacket inside the park if the weather got rainy. It is superlight and you could probably scrunch it down to fit in a purse, it's that thin/flexible.
The underside of the Disney tag reads: "MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE WALT DISNEY THEME PARKS AND RESORTS"
and the above the size, there is a little description of the material: "TYVEK Spun Bonded Olefin" with care instructions.
