The linen is off-white in colour. It is padded with a tiny amount of cotton quilt batting to give it some body.
The cross stitch is mounted in a circular silver-metal frame, and comes with a matching "silver" ball chain.
I have included a photo of it round my neck so you can tell how it sits. I think it is the perfect length.
The back of the frame is attached with bent "prongs" so you can remove the cross stitched rose and replace it with something else should you get bored with it. The pendant is not waterproof so please don't wear it in the shower.
