Handmade stoneware vase, signed, "Hertl" and made in California in the 1960s. Looks Scandinavian or Asian. Earthy, with a light creamy glaze wash, and a simple and elegant brown pressed flower and scraffito stem and leaf, both subtly emphasized in mossy green. Measures approximately 6.25" tall, ~4.5" in diameter at the base and an interior opening diameter ~1.25". Sturdy. Weighs 2 pounds 4 ounces unwrapped. Would look great in many different decors due to it's simple elegance.
In excellent preused condition. No signs of use. No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.
