This beautiful neckpiece is hand-printed and handmade by Troy and Stephano in Brooklyn NY. It's a yellow with white print... really wonderful combination! The piece measures aprox 19 inches (inside dimension) and is made with an antiqued brass finish. Its a lightweight and flexible piece.
