The daydream of Spring continues, this time with a juicy tomato red accent -

Wooden forms that I have painted and varnished to emulate Robin's Eggs are suspended with solid copper wire oxidized to match the earwires. The earwires are niobium alloy, which is well tolerated by most sensitive ears.

Measuring a notable 1 3\/4 inches (45 mm) from the top of the earwires, yet the wood keeps them very light in weight.
