Most rings in this setting has chips in the stone (or the stone is replaced completely) or wear to the gold work with loss is some detail....not this little gal.
The Belais Brothers rings are the Rolls Royce of antique white gold filigree rings....they are recognized as makers of the finest white gold filigree in the early 20th century. They are also famous for having patented alloys for white gold in 1917 when it was used in jewelry making, instead of platinum.
"The best substitutes are but poor imitations," read an ad by the Belais brothers outside a Broadway theater in 1920s. They were and are the best in the field and this ring is a fine example of that.
CONDITION: Excellent. Crisp Filligree work and no chips or cracks in the Camphor glass. This looks like it wasn't worn very much at all. Some wear with use and age but it is minimal...the gold center piece is a tad off center. See pics as they are a part of the description.
Ring Size 6.5- It could be re-sized, the stamp is on the side, but I recommend not to resize this ring
