The bottom of the bed is 8 1/2 inches off the ground, and the top of the headboard is about 39 inches off the ground, and there's about 13 inches from the top of the slats to the bottom of the headboard. The total footprint of a queen bed is 65" x 85". For a king, it's 81" x 86". I can build it in any other size as well.
I am of course happy to take orders for just the bed without the night stands or vice-versa.
