The Risograph printer features soy-based inks and an offset-style process requiring multiple passes for multiple colors. This process causes slight color misalignments (0-3mm), making the process itself part of the art and each print unique. Offsets resulting in unclear text have been discarded.
As an artist who prefers trees and tasty water over the proliferation of my work, this and all forthcoming printed works will be done with soy inks and unbleached, 100% recycled papers.
This 2-color pressing is in red and black, and is limited to 100 prints. We may follow this pressing later this year with a 3-color version; like this series, it will be limited to 100.
