M/L: Best fit: Your waist measurement should be between 73cm to 80cm (29in to 31.5in)
or
S/M: Best fit: Your waist measurement should be between 65cm to 72cm (25.6in to 28.3in)
How to measure:
Waist: Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bone
