She is:
Tall = 13"
At the top of the hat = 4" across.
She has a very thin crack across the top of her hat and has a small chip off of her foot. It also appears that she has a crack across her neck but in looking at the pictures it appears to be a flaw in the plaster, NOT a crack. Check picture # 4 and #5 for to see the details.
