This dress fit the model, but was a bit large in the sleeves, bust and waist - not fitted perfectly but not TOO big.
Size (if marked): -
Material: Taffeta (medium weight) Battenburg Lace, (hoop skirt is cotton & satin)
Condition: Near Perfect! - Ive counted four tiny spots on the dress, all the size of flecks and all are quite faint. There are two on the right shoulder and two more (cluster of pin dots) on the right side of the bust, near the underarm. There are also extremely faint pale yellow rings under the armpits, one side travels down under the sleeve - again, I had to hold the dress up to the light to see these - and they will likely lighten greatly with a professional dry cleaning. The cotton on the hoop skirt has some minor spotting throughout - which is NOT seen when worn under the dress! - Other than those flaws, just a handful of small dust smudges along the skirt - this gown is in near perfect condition for its age. The original bridge who wore it was married in 1953.
Era: 1950s, 50s, fifties, mid century

Type: wedding gown, wedding dress, long sleeve wedding dress, royal wedding dress, kate middleton wedding dress
Provenance: This dress belongs to a lovely woman who lived in Pennsylvania, I acquired this dress from her niece. (I am also selling a few other pieces of hers in my shop!)
