It comes with a 16" or 18" sterling silver flat cable chain or sterling silver ball chain. If chain is not noted a 16" flat cable will be used.
When you checkout please provide your information in the "message to seller" box, such as: names or words for the round disc and the size chain As well as the date, name or word for the tag. And the color swarovski crystal birthstones or pearl.
