Please specify your size in the "notes to seller" during checkout. If you don't, I will send Medium.
S - if you consider your wrists dainty 5.5"-6"
M - my size...probably your size too 6"-6.5"
L - and in charge 6.5"-7"
If you are unsure of your size, measure your wrist below the bone with measuring tape flush to your skin. If you feel your are smaller or larger than the provided sizes, just write your measurements and I'll make it happen.
