We are now only shipping Global Express Mail with USPS. This shipping charge is expensive but it is 3-5 days shipping time. It provides tracking and is a lot more reliable. Our shipments have been getting "lost" in the mail. If you would like a cheaper shipping option, 1st Class International, please email us.
*** Details about our custom-made hats ***
All of our handmade, up-cycled snapbacks are completely deconstructed and then re-sewn back together on 2 industrial grade Juki machines. These are the same grade machines used in the original production. No glues, or other sticking agents are used turning production. These are not the glue versions you see others sell online. I hand select all of the fabrications to go with the teams/colors and then cut and sew them back together. Hat shown is generally one of the samples produced to give you an idea of what the hat/fabric combination will look like when completed. You will receive the same hat and fabric as seen in the listing. Please understand that each hat is made-to-order and generally turnaround time is between 2-10 days.
