7"-wide striped ribbon around the waist, gathered at the side seams with a large bow and long tails. The ribbon has a cute picot edge.
Lapped metal zipper at the side seam. The ribbon waistband has hook and eyes to attached over the closure.

Condition: Good; the organza does show signs of wear, particularly along the underarm area. There's a 3"-long snag/stain along the bust under panel, but the upper bust panel layer covers it during wear. The skirt organza has some holes. The ribbon contains snags. Please see the pictures. The pricing reflects the dress condition.
