Our 20x20 covers are for 20"x20" pillow forms. Finished measurements are roughly 1/2" smaller than the size stated in the listing for nice fit.
**We sell the pillow covers only. You can find the pillow inserts at most craft stores. I get mine at Hobby Lobby or Joanne as they always seem to have a 50% off sale on their pillows!
