Bright Blue linen dress with nautical stripes and anchor patch on pocket. Dress is in flawless condition. Buttons down front are white with blue anchors. Belt in perfect condition. Has been shortened. Has a 3" hem that could be let down. I don't think there is a line

Shoulders - 16.5"
Sleeve Length (from shoulder) - 7.5"
Waist - 30"
Length from center back to waist - 16.5"
Skirt length at side seam - 24.5"
