I now believe (thanks to Tove) that this is made by Graveren from Sandnes, Norway. Graveren mostly did household jars and canisters but in the 1920's started having artists decorate and design pottery. Norwegian artists like Elsa Grimsrud and William Knutzon worked with Graveren.
I do not know who designed this piece though it is a bit in the William Knutzon style.
It's in very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks, some light scuffing. There are imperfections in the glaze which are from the way this piece was made. See photo 3. The outside glaze is shiny and the interior glaze is shiny and matte. This bowl has a lot of dimension and depth. Colors are terracotta, greyish/black & whiteish blue green.
