Next at the widest area of your lower hips and around your toosh- This is your hips
Next in the same direction as your zipper would go, measure from the inseam (where the legs and front of your jeans are sewn together) to where you would want the top of the jeans to end (toward your belly button) -That is your Rise
When in Doubt Buy SLIGHTLY larger
