One of a Kind Lines- Sweetheart Cut Strapless Shelf Bust with Pink Tulle Peeking Out. Amazingly Cut Point & Scallop Skirt Trim with Pink Tulle & an attached Nylon Petticoat to Enhance the Full Skirt and also Peek Out at the Bottom. Metal Side Zipper. Dress is in Immaculate Condition, with some Minor Signs of Wear, and some of the Velvet Detailing has rubbed off over time, Giving the Dress a Beautiful Historic Look that does not Detract.
