I would like to say that I had these shoes custom made to a size 11. The artist, Toni, did an excellent job. My sandals are beautiful and comfortable. I wore them on a trip to California and I received so many compliments. I had a special request for an expedited shipment so that I would have them in time for my trip. She kept in contact with me during the waiting period to keep me abreast of the approximate shipping time. Great customer service! 5 stars
