This concept was born by making a hybrid of two other items I have made.
Made out of soft, green and shimmery velvet that is handcut and sewn together.
Elegant white silk organza corners on the ends are filled with small pastel pom pom bubbles.
The black ribbon holds it well around the neck.
An alternative way to wear it is as an accessory for a bag using a large metal pin.
Works as a nice and colorful accent all year round.
