I import the driftwood beads from another Etsy shop - TidelineDesigns
The Kazuri beads are hand made and hand painted by women in Kenya. The Kazuri Bead business employes 360 women who are all paid fair wages and then the goods are sold under the Fair Trade Agreement. It is an ethically run business and has helped many women, especially single mothers, to work their way out of poverty and care for their family.
