With 1 and 5 cent, along with $1, $10, and $70 buttons, your "little shopkeeper" can excitedly delight in commerce as each corresponding value pops up in the register...and produces a natural "ka-chink" noise as the drawer pops open.
Or, if you are trying to pay by credit card, then your tike can hit "no sale" because only cash is good at the store.
This piece is in excellent vintage condition, featuring a print that states "Little Storekeeper Cash Register, made in U.S.A., Western Stamping Co., Jackson, Mich." The buttons, drawer, and pop-up values work perfectly. There is some natural paint fade along the inside, bottom, and right-hand side of of the drawer, which add to its antiquated charm.
