The skirt is 16 inches long with two flirty layers. The waist with ties equal a total of 100+ inches that can either be tied in the back with a large bow or wrapped around the waist and tied in the front. Both ways look adorable. The halter bib is double lined as well. Both the lapel of the halter bib and both skirt layers are trimmed with bias tape for a clean professional edge. I have accented the lapel with a nautical anchor for added theme decor.
