You don't need to cut the little skulls perfectly since they are clear only the black shows up. Fun nail decals safe, non-toxic and easy on your nails (better than adhesive decals!)

The water slide decals peel easily from paper once cut and dipped in water, they adhere easily over a fresh topcoat and can last for a week if preserved well under a topcoat. But don't worry! INSTRUCIONS ARE INCLUDED.
