Stone Set No. 13
This set contains one crystal point, one citrine point, one black tourmaline rough, one hematite tumbled and one pyrite chunk in a handmade triangle poplar and pine wood shelf. The citrine point is super clear and beautiful. The black tourmaline, I love! It has a really pretty rusting through the front surface and layer of white stone across the bottom that allows it to stand so nicely.
The handmade shelf is approximately 5" wide, 4.25" tall and 1" deep and has been constructed of poplar and pine wood. It has brass hardware throughout, has been stained a dark walnut and finished in mineral oil. It has a sawtooth hanger towards the upper back and two rubber bumpers on the lower back for wall protection. This set is one of a kind and you will be receiving the exact stone and shelf combination as shown in the photos. The back of this shelf has been stamped 12. Comes wrapped ready for gift giving!

Behind the Collections:
I have quite a bit of appreciation and admiration for stones and crystals and have a large collection of both rough and tumbled stones of my own. If you are interested, you can read more about that here http://www.laurengrayart.com/stones-and-crystals/ While there is a wide span of healing and metaphysical properties that are generally associated with each individual stone, I enjoy my own collection on a more visceral level. Of all of the pieces in my collection, a modest Green Calcite is my most special piece, despite some of the more impressive and "valuable" stones that are in my possession.
How I enjoy my own collection is how I place pieces together for the sets here in my shop. I spend time with a table top full of various pieces, as I move them around I come up with small groupings of pieces that seem to feel at home with one another. I then build a shelf to the size and layout specifications for that set.
I only offer individual pieces in my sets that I truly would love to receive myself. Please take a good look at my photos and if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
