1800's Handmade Victorian White Lace Dress

≈ Description ≈
This is an amazing handmade crisp white cotton dress with eyelet lace trim from the mid to late 1800s. The round collar is trimmed with white eyelet lace as are the cuffs on the long sleeves. The "v" shaped yoke is one large white inset of cotton lace and it is also trimmed with eyelet lace. The waistline is also trimmed with the same eyelet lace. The hemline has five rows of horizontal pinch pleats and a 3 inch flounce of eyelet lace. The back of the dress is fasten with a hidden row of Mother of Pearl buttons and there are five rows of vertical pinch pleats on either side of the row of buttons. This dress is approximately size 18-24 months however, please see measurements below for correct fit.

This dress is in excellent condition and could be worn for a baptism, wedding, holiday celebration or birthday party. Also, the lace used for the "v" yoke is somewhat sheer so a camisole or slip may need to be worn with the dress.
