I ship through USPS. I use priority mail. I usually mail packages 1-2 days after purchase. I will send you a delivery confirmation email so you'll be able to track your package. I do reuse boxes that are in good condition so you might see a box that has been reused. I also reuse packaging, I have plain brown paper, bubble wrap, & packing peanuts. I do it to save a little bit of money & to help out on not be wasteful. :)
Refunds and Exchanges
Item may be returned after 7 days of receiving the item. Please email me to let me know when you are sending it. Must be undamaged & unused to receive refund for just the item & not the shipping. Returned item's shipping must be paid by customer. If item is damaged & used refund will not be issued. If the item you received is damaged & you want to return it, you'll be refunded on both the item & the shipping.
If you are not interested in refunding, I also do exchanges of the same cost of the item that was returned.
For lost packages, USPS recommends to wait for 6 weeks. If it still hasn't shown up after 6 weeks then I'll give a full refund (both for item & shipping). Since the items I sell are not copies I wouldn't be able to replace it.
