**Inspire Me**
Charcoal was never my favorite medium. In fact, I loathed it at one time. Then, I created this piece which was my charcoal version of The Kiss by Klimt, which was hanging in a hotel room that I visited in Munich, Germany as a teenager. The Lovers was the first of many somewhat provacative charcoal drawings that show figures in the throws of love and passion.
