Manu is one of the characters from my Words of Wisdom animal illustration series.
The name of this little owl means "second born son". He and his big brother Mosi (which means first born son) were painted as a set.
Manu, still quite young, sits peacefully in his nest. When hung together the two owls face each other, and Manu, looks to his older brother to lead the way.
