What do I get?

You will receive a fully personalized hi-resolution digital file of the invitation shown in the first picture above which you must print yourself. Upon approval of the proof, I will send both a single Jpeg and a 2 per 8.5”x11” page PDF to the requested email address. See below for how and where to print.

How long does it take?

Turnaround time is 2 business days for the first proof and 1 business day for each successive proof or final file once approved. If you waited until the last minute and need the invite fast you can add on rush service: https://www.etsy.com/listing/103088463/24-hour-rush-fee-for-invitations Try to be as thorough as possible when providing the info, not leaving anything out. Also spell check carefully as I usually copy and paste the info provided. Doing so will reduce the proofing process to just one proof meaning you will have the final file faster!

Where should I print these and what is the best paper to use?

The PDF with 2 per page can be printed at home or any copy shop on 8.5” x11” paper. I recommend card stock. You can then cut the invitations to size with scissors or use a paper cutter for best results. The Jpeg on the other hand can be printed at a photo printer the same way you would a photograph. Some printers offer photo printing on heavier card stock. There are also sites where you can upload the image and have the invitations printed and shipped to your door. I like to use digitallizard.com (I am not affiliated with this site and this is just my personal preference. I cannot be held responsible for issues that may arise while using this printer). Another green (and cheap!) option is to send the Jpeg via email as an e-vite.

ONE: * Please read all four steps before purchasing* Add this item to your cart. If you need matching thank you cards, add-ons or any other items add those to your cart as well before checking out.
TWO: At checkout please add all relevant information in the notes to seller. Try to be as thorough as possible when providing the info not leaving anything out. Use the picture of the invite as a guideline for all of the info that will be needed. Some fields that may be available on the card you are purchasing: Color requests, Name, Age, Venue name, Venue Address, Date, Time, RSVP number and or email, RSVP by date, Registry info, personalized message such as “Bring swimsuits and towels” or “We hope you can join us, and changes to wording”
If inclusion of a photo is an option you can email it to 2birdstudios [!at] gmail.com after purchase is made
THREE: In notes to seller provide the email address where you would like the proof sent. If you do not provide an email I will send it to the one that shows up on your Etsy account.
FOUR: In notes to seller indicate if you would like the invite as a 5x7 or a 4x6. If no preference is provided at checkout the order will be processed as a 5x7. Once the proof is sent as a 5x7 there will be a $5 fee should you decide you need it changed to a 4x6
