I am constantly dazzled by all of the galaxy manicures I see & decided that I needed to condense this gorgeous look into a single bottle! Taking my inspiration for the night sky in central Texas, I wanted this polish to be super complex, deep and striking.
Constellation is a sheer deep blue jelly loaded with glitter - white squares to represent the stars, white bar to represent the lines connecting the stars, three sizes of holographic micro glitter, plus hexagonal royal blue, purple & evergreen glitter, also in multiple sizes.
Layer it over black to highlight the holographic specks, or wear it alone to achieve a depth that is only rivaled by the night sky itself. This polish looks great in two layers with a super shiny topcoat or even a matte topcoat. It's a stunner in the sunlight! The bottle is a super sized 18ml, so don't be afraid to use multiple coats! It looks fantastic on your toes too!
Always, my polishes are 3 free, which means I don't use any ingredients that contain toluene, formaldehyde, or dibutyl phthalate.
As you know, glitter polish can be a bit tricky to remove so I like to use what is commonly referred to as the Foil Method, which is suitable for natural nails:
*Take three jumbo cotton balls and cut them into thirds, take your largest piece and cut it half so that you have ten little cotton ball pieces.
*Tear off a piece of aluminum foil and tear it into roughly 3 inch x 4 inch rectangles - they don't have to be perfect! You will need ten of these, or five if you'd like to reuse your foil and do one hand at a time.
*Soak a tiny piece of cotton ball in nail polish remover (preferably with acetone!) and gently press it onto the surface of your nail, making sure you cover all of the polished parts.
*Wrap the tip of your finger with a piece of aluminum foil, securing the piece of cotton to your nail & sealing it so the acetone doesn't evaporate. It doesn't have to be pretty! ;-)
* Relax for 10 minutes! Plan your next mani, watch some tv, take a walk - whatever you want!
* After your 10 minutes are up, pull the foil off of your fingers while firmly grasping your nail where the cotton ball is.
* Ta da! Most of the glitter and layers of nail polish will slide right off, leaving just a bit to clean up around the edges of your nail. Hassle free!
Please feel free to convo me with any questions you may have about my polishes. Have a happy day!
