Slightly rounded, these spoons hold a level teaspoon. They have a variety of uses: they are a classic for sprinkling salt scooped out of an open salt-cellar but they are also great for anything used in small amounts as a garnish or topping at the table: salsa, olives, chopped peanuts, dried chili peppers, grated cheese, etc.

These are hand-turned the old fashioned way: from logs I can salvage, cut up, and process myself, so there are subtle but sometimes significant differences in the color, grain, and figure of the wood. I've photographed them in a group to show how organically they make sets. Price shown is for each.

They are all very well sealed, and clean up really easily, they just need a light hand rinsing or washing. Do not put them in the dishwasher or soak them in the sink.

This item is turned to order and will ship within 5 business days from receipt of payment.

I hand turn every piece offered for sale here, and they are all my own designs. Everything is produced from locally salvaged timbers. All my work is completed with old-fashioned, pure oil, non-toxic, food-safe, child-safe finishes.
