On December 3, 2002, people in Australia received a rare 32-second celestial show as the moon completely obscured the sun, creating a ring of light. This total eclipse was the first to cover Australian shores since 1976.
About this yarn:
Interstellar Sock is a 50/50 blend of springy superwash merino with lovely, luscious silk. The fibers are well-combed and spun with a gentle twist for the right stability in these two lovely fibers. This 4-ply yarn creates beautiful drape in the knitted fabric. If you love silk socks, shawls, and scarves, you'll love knitting with this wonderful silk blend.
While this yarn is machine washable in cold water, hand washing can extend the life of the garment. Lay flat to dry.
This colorway is available as a custom order. Note that all my yarns are hand-dyed and no two skeins are the same, despite similarities.
This item is multicolored in lemon-lime tones. This listing is for one 100g skein in the colorway shown. There are four skeins in this dyelot - they are indistinguishable from each other. I take pictures that represent the color/texture of the item as accurately as I can. Please remember that monitors vary in how they render colors. If you have any questions, I welcome your conversation.
All my yarns are hand-dyed one at a time, using high-quality, professional dyes in a non-smoking, pet-free home.
