a team tag, team blog

projectfelt: we have an ecoetsy image that we put into our
listings to promote our team tag too

AbbieRoad: we have that stuff, team blog/site/forum - but as far
as advertising to non Etsy people, we're at a loss
projectfelt: we snag treasuries whenever possible too
AmeliaDesign: to join the Eco group what do you have to do?

than you have to practice eco friendly in your business and or products
in some way

live on the grid then you would love our team

for me! Sooooo, I know some true luddites out there that woud be
totally baffled by this virtual lab stuff.

appearances at the big craft shows? Could be a neat way to dissenate
team promo items in person. Gave Sara a bunch of Plushteam stickers
whilst in MKE.

promo items to send out with all team members packages. Are other teams

and url to our blog to try and promote this summer at all the craft
fairs

ChristinaWard: Plush Team re-org'd just for that reason. We had
70plus folks who were all over the place in terms of committment and and
quality. We tightened up the crtiteria, added an annual fee, added$
particpation requirements and now we're at 35 .

MarthaHorman: We just added dues also
MarthaHorman: most members paid them
ChristinaWard: We also review for membership only quarterly, so
we're not chasing our tails all the time. Allows us to get stuff done
and orientate new folks as a group.
MarthaHorman: how do you review quarterly?
kimmchi: We have no restrictions :) Promote the group, and it
promotes you
MarthaHorman: I get requests all the time

participation as everyone is in it for different reasons and has
different business needs

can pay to get promos printed etc, not what everyone wants, but suits
those that do

them
ChristinaWard: Little Red Hen syndrome. Without responsibilities or
buy in; no one will take on the work and all the work falls on one or
two folks. If you don't sow the ground, you don't eat the
bread.

goals: If it's social, a big group is OK. We've defined ourselves as
being committed to marketing and branding, building and imprimataur of
quality...
