I endeavour to ensure every print arrives and in perfect unharmed, but sometimes it's just not possible due to rough or inappropriate handling by postal carriers - an unfortunate event that is rare and out of my control. As an indie artist and not a big business, every order counts but so do the costs.

I am happy to offer a 50% total price refund (including any shipping), as there is no way for me to recoup the costs of shipping or print production, especially for international orders.

FOR EU CUSTOMERS: You are entitled to a full refund on the condition you initiate an item return within 14 days of receiving the item, but shipping for this return is at your expense & not eligible for a refund.

If you've ordered an A5 or A4 size print, your parcel won't be eligible for international tracking so waiting for your order to arrive can be worrisome. Due to ongoing disruptions and struggles with international post around the world, some parcels may take an extended period of time to be delivered to your area. But worry not! Please be patient as your parcel makes it way to you, even if it's slow. All but one parcel in my Etsy sales history *has* arrived (the one that got lost somehow didn't even make it across my local area - it's a mystery)! Please feel free to contact me, though, and I can do my best to look into it.

I try to ensure my listing images are as accurate as possible to represent what the print will look like, but this isn't entirely possible for a number of reasons, including:

- Ink-on-paper always looks different than digital images
- Computer monitors render colours differently based on brand and world location
- Phone screens often artificially enhance colours/contrast of images
- The colours + light in your home/etc will affect the appearance of the print when displayed

I package every order myself and have "approved" of the print I am sending you, so rest assured it is supposed to look like that! :)

NO! These are *NOT* made with any AI whatsoever. Most of my pieces were created in 2019 long before the scourge of AI was unreleased on the world of art.

These pieces are composed by hand using a variety of resources, including original photography, stock images, official game art, screenshots, and - of course - public domain oil paintings from 100+ years ago (no AI anywhere). After a new composition is laid out, I painstakingly hand-paint everything to ensure it looks like an original, seamless oil painting.

This process can take anywhere between 25-50+ hours just to paint - that is not including the composition/experimentation mock up phase or research for the perfect images to represent the vision I'm going for.
