It happened quite by accident. It was 2001, getting close to Christmas and I wanted to make my mom some of those neat wine stem charms that were so popular then. She had admired some in a store, so I took a close look and thought, "I could probably make those myself."
I started looking online for the materials, namely beads, and an obsession was born! Needless to say, I didn't stop with the wine charms I made. I started selling my jewelry designs in 2002 on a popular auction site and only recently found Etsy. It was love at first sight!
I am a married mom of two beautiful, silly girls who adore small shiny objects much like their mum. My work is inspired by nature, art, vintage and antique aesthetics and sometimes simply the way colors work together. I like to make things you won't find under glass in a department store.
