AnKaLi Designs has been an idea that I have had since I was little; I have always adored crafting things for people and it has grown today into this venture.

Growing up I was always into beading. Mainly making items for me and my friends I had a passion and I became an expert at picking up dumped beads out of the carpet in my bedroom. Somewhere along the way I lost that passion and in the process I lost my creative outlet.

Through my teens and early twenties I always felt that something was missing. I was drawn to an artistic world without a talent of my own. I looked all over, stage make-up, painting, pottery, and other crafts and couldn’t find it anywhere.

Being a stylish person, I am always about pulling together an awesome outfit, and accessories are a huge part of this. I would shop and shop for the perfect piece and always end up empty handed of my perfect item. I knew I had to bring this dilemma to an end and I found myself, again, 10 years later at a bead store, unaware of the piece of myself that was going to be unlocked.

Here I am 5 years later ready to share my outlook to the world, or at least the Etsy crowd! I have created lots of pieces and will continue to do so, but if you are in a store looking for the perfect piece, remember, I am here to help. Feel free to email me with ideas.
