About

As a child, my favorite thing to do was play in the woods, draw, dream and allow my imagination to transport me to fantasy worlds and far-off places. I received my B.F.A. in illustration from Columbus College of Art and Design.

After illustrating many award winning children’s books, I am now inspired to interpret the visual symphony I observe in my natural surroundings. I start with a limited palette and explore texture, light, pattern and color to redefine relationships created by nature. By emphasizing individual elements in my assemblages, I create a new depth and synergy, hoping to entice the viewer with this unique interpretation of my vision.
